What if neuroinclusive workplaces weren’t created based on intuition, but on evidence?
In this upcoming IFMA Belgium webinar we’ll take a research-based deep dive into neurodiversity and neuroinclusion—and why it’s more than just an HR theme. Are you still hearing that one “standard” way of working fits everyone: the same design principles, the same open environments? Neuroinclusion challenges those beliefs and inspires organisations to design work, space and practices that better match the cognitive, sensory and social needs of different neurotypes. But what does evidence say? Where do workplaces unintentionally create barriers—and what does “genuine” inclusion look like in day-to-day work?
These and other topics will be discussed with three international experts that will bring theory and practice closer together.
Kay Sargent – The principal and the director of thought leadership in HOK’s Interiors group
Dr. Lisanne Bergefurt – Assistant Professor in the Real Estate and Urban Development Group at Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e)
Anton Maes – Board member of IFMA Belgium and the Workplace Evolutionaires Leader of Belgium
Together, we’ll unpack the science behind neuroinclusive workplaces and explore how evidence-based choices can improve well-being, collaboration, focus—and organisational performance.
