With the rise of hybrid working, the preservation and sharing of knowledge has become more critical than ever. To carry out complex tasks, innovate, and co-create, teamwork within a team must be optimal and of high quality. Collaboration thrives when the knowledge within a team is combined, leading to new insights and creative solutions. However, working remotely often makes it challenging to share information smoothly. While managing daily tasks from home is generally manageable, the depth of communication through online interactions can sometimes be lacking.
In this webinar, we will explore these challenges in greater detail with three experts in the field. Together, we will address the following key questions:
- How does technological evolution affect knowledge sharing in the work environment?
- What methods can boost knowledge sharing?
- How can knowledge sharing be more embedded in an organization’s strategy?
